Get Paid at the Table
Our agents get paid when the close, eliminating the need to wait to receive your commission checks. All we need you from you is to fill out a "Disbursement Authorization Request" form and make sure we have all necessary documents in the office. Once we receive the DAR an confirm that your file is in compliance we will forward a Disbursement Autorization Form to the title company or attorney closing the transaction so that you can receive 100% of your commission on the day of closing.
